Now i'm curious myself... If it works, that would be great. Thanks Trakt for the time spent.

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
i had 163EP and 198BP and had 30 allies.....i dropped 27 allies left my clan leader and the last 2 allies i added cause i put those points to EP, so when i was done my BP WAS 143, and my EP went to 83.....and i reallocated all my points to EP....and i did that 3 days into the den of woes

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
Thanks guys
Excellent, thanks for the info!
Looks like it works. Your end BP and EP match the formula that the game balances around:
EP - 20 = BP - 80
In your case 83 - 20 = 143 - 80. 63 = 63!
Since you reached equilibrium, if you had dropped your last 3 allies BP and EP should both drop by the same amount. 7 points in one and 8 in the other.
Also it looks like your level was 37 at the time when you did the ally drop so it seems the formula holds to a decent level.
If anyone is curious about what their minimum BP is after ally dropping you can use this formula:
80 + (level -1)*3/2.
So, at level 70 I can ally drop my BP to be 80 + (70-1)*3/2 = 80 + 103.5 = 183 (ish)
At level 101 you could ally drop to be 80 + 150 = 230.
Obviously much better at lower levels where you can ally drop and still keep your BP low. If you don't mind having extra points in BP during the energy events then it could still be useful at high levels.
If anyone else has any more numbers from ally dropping post them up and I'll run them through the formula!

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
Definitely works. I dumped allies for the last BP event and readded allies, putting all the points into BP (ending up with 400+bp). After that event, I dumped allies again, readded and put all points into ep. Had 143bp (as I have put some level points into BP). Now for this latest event, dumped again, and re-added, pumping BP up to 450. So yes, it remembers what you allocated each allies points to, and deducts the same if you dump that ally.
It's a great way to reallocate most (not all) of your points for events, especially with the ally finder.

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
MI don't know if anyone noticed this yet, but the new dragons are all named after a planet in our beloved solar system. So far we know that mars and Uranus are impulse, Jupiter and mercury are covert, and Pluto and Saturn are psycho. All that is left is earth/terra, Venus, and Neptune, from the level 3 wall.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say that earth/terra would be covert, Neptune psycho, and Venus impulse, lol. Would make sense, imo

The problem is, the higher level you are the more points you'll have frozen into BP after the event. Not a big problem if you want a higher BP for honor farming but in the successive EP events you're going to be at a disadvantage unless you reset your skill points.

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
Can we move the ally/EP discussion to its own thread? It is not limited to this event and it could last beyond the life of the dragon wall. Benefit to future generations and whatnot.

Good guess for the other monsters.

I have a Dark Summoner formulas thread in General Discussion that I'll add the formulas to, provided it's alright with Trakt.

For sure, add them in.
Good to keep all the formulas in one location. If anyone has more numbers from ally dropping please post them there. Relevant information would be:
Starting Level, BP, EP, and number of allies.
After drop Level, BP, EP, and number of allies.
I'm pretty sure that the formula will still hold but it is always good to have more info to test against!

Awesome link thanks, and Armitaage was totally right. I like the art of those AA monsta. Are centaurus the last reward of the event?

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
Lol, damn, I didn't expect to nail it the first time, lol. This was totally unexpected. I thought it would be this way because men are from mars, women are from Venus, and we all know the bad pun with Uranus, don't we? Generally, earth element creatures tend to be rancor, so that left Neptune to be tyranny, lol. I didn't expect a team to be that obvious, lol.

haha
Well i am guessing centaurs will be a release into the dark summons pool. Idk how they would throw them into this event.
Guessing level 3 floors will have the cast like 16bp wryms.

I just hope that they gain a skill when evolved, unlike the casts, lol. Particularly since we'll have a challenging fight to earn them, lol.

Anyone else notice that all the new (wyrms only) AAs and last event AAs were 16BP? Maybe a hint at a 16BP tournament?

I noticed last event, and I think you mean a 15 bp tournament, so that we can't use these AAs, lol. Out of respect for lowbies that didn't reach floor 100 or wall level 3, lol.

Actually, it seems to be a lot easier to do events at lower levels! I started playing at the end of mobius, and was something like level 25 at the start of den of woe, I managed to do 200 floors, and get both my AAs, and significantly faster than my boyfriend who was at level 50 when the event started because I leveled up frequently, and got all my energy refilled often.
Although I'm having trouble with the current event because I only have about 100 battle points, and the rest are in energy... and I'm not leveling up as frequently anymore

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
well, not all lowbies manage that, particularly those that started late. Me, i'm doing ok in this event, but then i've always kept a rather high bp against conventional wisdom, lol. 222/300 is my ep/bp at lvl 70 with 43/45 allies, lol.

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
But that's not really the point is it. As long as there is some predictable price difference between events then there is profit to be made. Even if it's smaller than what I said I guarantee values will predictably change.kyan wrote:No one is selling bp for ep at 1:5 in between events even during the last event. I offer 1ep for 4bp and no takers. I think the day of bp to ep 1:5 or 6 is long gone unless Ateam stop making bp events for 4-5 events in a row.

Finish the second wall, to add those bosses to immortal wall, then you can evolve them.

Re: Event- Great Dragon Wall
Jupiter definitely will be, it's actually quite game breaking. Covert wyrms are already the strongest covert team, and now they have an extra edge against the best teams for both tyranny AND sin. And there're no demon equivalents to balance the dragon of Jupiter. And sin wyrms also are quite potent against psycho brutes now, thanks to dragon of mars. Basically, with these new wyrms, it's the year of the dragon (which 2012 actually is).

I really think they should have waited until there were a lot more viable teams of different species to release all these new skills. Since these new species down skills are incredibly situational specialists, many of them are left without a home at the moment.
