Slumbering Breath - LolWut?

Just a couple of questions on slumbering breath

Does anyone know how long the skill lasts fully leveled, and what is the max level for it?

How is the AI written for slumbering breath? Is it random, targeted like an attack, or chosen some other way? It would be useless if your slumbering breath monster used the skill on the same monster your party is targeting.

Is it even worth using? I have a B team I'm making and I don't know if it would be better to use a slumbering breath 14 BP monster or an 18 BP unskilled monster.

Tried slumb and it was not only useless, the monster will loose an atk turn to do it lol...
