sorry jess, but after reviewing your team for psycho brutes, i'd have to say that i fear winged brutes more than that team. it's stats just aren't very impressive at all. easily the best monster in the team is purple flame weaver, followed by wwsp. yes, we're stuck with wwe for agi, but other than that...wwe, inos, and iris just fall waaaay short in the stats department. might as well stick with winged brutes, despite the lack of certain skills and at least get the winged combo.

WWE is so bad I would almost be tempted to try a non-agi defensive team. Maybe not as good but most certainly cooler. How would this sound?

honestly, i would use wwoh+ instead of aura blade lance. slightly lower stats, but impulse down ensures some halfway decent survivability against the most numerous type of teams out there.

here's stats on the two defensive teams under discussion:

nearly identical, but the former will have a better time against impulse teams, which are far more numerous than covert teams.

If you go impulse down, I'd take beheaded lunatic over wwoh. Better stats and costs around 1/100th of the price
You could also use both him and Lance and take out death dancer.

here's my skill set up for covert demon 4:1 formation (the reason why I named it 4:1 is due to my decision to sacf covert guild combo for demon with agi)
Bestia+ (DEA)
Greed+ (garb if I am rich lol) (IPA)
Tide demon+(IPD)
Unholy+ (crit up) ( i would replace unholy with donner (C.Lightning), if I am rich)
DCC+ (or pit+ for affordable agi demon)

extra cards for swap:
Arrow+(not sure if is impulse or psycho down)
Naga general+(pre strike)
Agares+( dodge rate increase)

I think we need to take a look at Psycho Brutes once again! New War Songstress Suera is a beast. Once I have her fully leveled up I'll upload a picture. She has IPA and here are her skills (I know it's not a picture and you can't trust it yet) ATK=6984, DEF=10088, HP=6984. She is so amazing. I'm putting her in an all female team. I know the BP is high, but it's worth it to me. War Songstress, Death Dancer, Purple Flame, Lunatic Medic, and unfortunately White Winged Elite, because of her agility. I hate that card though!

Just informing you there is a significant new rank A covert beast prog (again lol). Silverback warrior, 30BP, DED, seems to be an HP heavy type with equal attck/def, not sure the ending stats, but may be a replacement for BSK. As I use covert beast, please lemme know if you get the max stats on this guy

Putting together sin beasts since I acquired a Mad Flame+... doesn't Giant Hell Chameleon make Deep Sea Destruct obsolete?

Same thing for Gragel... he's a better version of Released Fenrisulfr, right?

What's with the recent sin beasts being: A. progs and B. replacements for old event only monsters? ATEAM Y U NO IPA OR DED SIN BEAST???

Just need some quick advice and don't really want to make a new thread for a couple questions.

First off, I am COMPLETELY aware that my party is not the optimal Psycho Demon A/+ party. I do it for personal preference.
Secondly, it should be noted that I do not intend to make a transition to AA any time soon, and I'm also not a person who spends a lot of time battling.

First Question: so at some point in the semi-near-ish future I intend to add a HPVictoria+ to my party. Who should I replace with her, assuming only options are BSD and Lewd? Pre-strike isn't half bad [especially with DED and IPA(20)], but BSD has raw power. Not really sure how to approach this one, any advice?

Second: I'm still debating, but I may get a SDD for may party sometime after I get my Vic. However, should I get her with original PS skill or one changed to DEA?

personally, since vic+ is not quite the highest attack around, i'd place her where lewd is right now. and definitely get sdd with original skill, i dunno what anyone who has her skill changed to dea was smoking. Prestrike is actually useful when it's on sdd, lol.

Thanks for the insight. I've heard that 7600ATK pre-strike is no joke, but wasn't sure if the DEA would give me a better advantage with what I choose to work with :-p

For the Covert AA/+ Team you certainly can add Winged Wyrms to that list now.

I was wondering what you guys thought about the psycho creation team with all the new creations coming out lately. I'm currently using

Hell's Armored Train
Shocking Colossus
Time Void Golem
Seeker Quadriga
Grand Demon Warrior

All for a total atk of 54.7k, def of 51k, and hp of 42k. You have IPD, DED, IPA, Agi, and critical, which seems like a pretty awesome skill set to me. I'm still a bit new to DS, so I might be completely wrong, but I think the psycho creations have a lot more versatility now and a lot more potential over all.

Shocking Colossus is DED not DEA. Black Steel Viper (AA) also has DEA.

equation is ((Total Attack * 1.1) + Total Defense + Total Health)/Total BP then its divided by 100 for a more manageable number. The basic concept is to give you the best stats for your BP use, higher the efficiency the...more efficient. It uses your party's stats with skills and clan bonus (in combat).
