Clan Wars (Clan Event)

The rumors on tyis board were correct. Clan Wars is coming! Starting 6/6 @ 5pm eastern. Earn CP for winning battles. Create chains by winning a battle within 10 minutes after a fellow clan member wins a battle. After every 5 wins, you get to execute an enemy clan member. Ranking prizes include AAAs! Minimum CP points required for top ranking clans' members to collect clan ranking prizes.

Wonder if this means AAAs will be tradeable soon.

I believe your clan will be in battle 2 to 4 times but you can do more battles within this clash of clans. At least that is how I understand it.

That would be much better. My clan definitely won't make the top 10, but possibly the top 100

People are buying bp by the 1000's.....freakin nuts

I just checked the individual CP rewards and it goes up to 500.000 Clan Points so I think you will be able to do more than 2 to 4 battles a day.

I am afraid I will not have the bp for this. 8-/

Correction to the poster, this is not the very first clan event. The very first clan event brought us Firelord, Earthlord, and Icelord as rewards for the top 50 clans.

The Sin AA Beast is nice. I would like to have it.


About the battles: I am wondering if the defense form will still work or if the main will be used for defense also.

What I'm wondering is if the matchups will be random, or if they'll punish success like in Forbidden Island.

I love this event!!! Totally different. And I love the execution options.

Has anyone worked out if we are attacking the main or defense formation?

Just curious. Does anyone know if the score that counts for clan ranking is directly connected to the amount of cp a clan gets per battle or just win/loss? Just wondering exactly how it works.

I must have misread / misunderstood the event posting... this is not what I was expecting.

Not a fan of having to play at a specific time.

How I understand it (see the Clan Ranking Rewards page) is that you rank according to the number of wins your clan has. In case there are multiple clans with the same number of wins the total CP counts.

The way they are matching clans up is stupid. Top clans vs top clans so early... and rankings determined by wins. So a smaller no name clan can potentially go undefeated facing other no name clans and out place TPC or Apoc for example??

Yes it is. My main clan is 2-1 (and barely winning). My alt clan is 3-0 and I did not even battle the very first one since I was at work.

Anyone figured out % of in cp rate if you are not battling 100%.

If I am battling 80% then am I getting at least 80% of cp that I would get or even less than 80%.

Did a very small test (when chain was giving 100% bonus).

@100% bp was 163 gave me 70 cp - 0.4294 cp/bp
@60% bp was 93 gave me 42 cp - 0.4285 cp/bp
@20% bp was 33 gave me 14 cp - 0.4242 cp/bp

So you get a little more when using more bp (or battle at higher %).

So maybe it is good to first do many battles with low bp spendage to get the chain going and then do 100% battles to get as much cp for each bp spend. But with my amount of battle potions that would mean I get maybe 10 battles each turn (I am trying to ration my potions).

get to 100% as quick as possible... then if ur not facing a competitive clan, space out ur 100% usages thru the hour
