Lost my bluestack account with the update, how do I contact support?

My roommate lost his as well. Something about having to update and sign in to google play. I had no problems with mine though.

A Team definitely DOES NOT care that you lost your account. Without your ID and IID they will not even help you. They may not even help you with them if you had some issue.

shoulda wrote down the player id and iid, like you know they been telling you to for the last month or so. and like event horizon says, no id and iid = account lost forever
