How do I contact a team

I woke up this morning and went to get on the game on my phone and saw a message saying this player account was found to have violated the license agreement and has been banned but I have not done anything. I don't understand why I was banned?

There should be a link somewhere on darksummoner.com to contact a team, I think. Does the app have any working buttons other than "ok"? The only way I've ever contacted a team has been through the app's help section :/

Yea I found a link to the inquiries and feedback section. I sent an email hopefully they get back to me soon because I really don't understand why the account was banned. I have not done anything that would violate anything. I'm just confused. Hopefully it gets settled soon.

Yea. I hope it clears up soon and they are able to unban my account because I really have no idea why they would ban my account. I haven't been using it much lately. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did it get fixed?

Yea, I'm in the same boat. I am still in the process of waiting for them to reply to my email.
This sucks as I am the clan general and the funds has racked up and no one to upgrade anything

Update: Seems like I wont get unban zzz, but I learnt tat Clan general will automatically get transfer which is good news as the clan has loads of gold unused.
