Why is the first monster in every guild so... cartoony? (for lack of a better word)
They look like they've come from a kid's show.

hm...no new AAA or A? jus all AA....interesteing

Do not like the cartoony stuff at all... To many of these games are like that, it's why I don't play those.

I think they have a special collaboration with a popular japanese gaming magazine called "Famitsu". The cartoony monster is actually based on the mascot of the magazine.

Puzzle and Dragons also has similar collaboration with the magazine to bring exclusive monster when buying the magazine that comes with a special code

The only thing i can think these souls can do is change guild of monster since there is one for each guild

I'm also not in favor of the new "cartoon" species.

You guys are missing some new monsters, notice there are only 2 souls for sin and 3 souls for rancor/tyranny, so the numbers for monsters wont match between guilds anymore.







The spirits are not the epic evolution soul, that soul has been in the game files for a while now, since there are uneven amounts of souls per guild I would expect them to be released slowly over the next year as skill change (Guild Down Maybe?) and better leveling enhancers.

p.s. 50123 is an OBVIOUS sororitas rip-off but y'know if A-Team wants to rip off of something, this is about the best possible theme they could ever hope to emulate so I'm looking forward to seeing more critters from tabletop

So, you gotta buy the magazine for about 6 bucks, inside is a serial code, you can use this to draw one of the three monsters, randomly.

Magazine is on sale from 3 days ago, and since there's nowhere to enter a "serial code" in the English app, I don't think any of us are going to be seeing those guys.

A-Team might decide to just give away in the english version like soruluna... Remeber the quiz about the actress name which only happened on the Japanese version...

Uh...I see more Soul Edge / Calibur right there... Looks like someone's idea of Ivy after she claimed Soul Edge for herself.

Nope. Looks like W40K for sure. Same armour colour, same predominant hair colour (look up any of the Sisters of Battle and you'll see) and as Larry has already pointed out, chainsword. That last point just gives the game away completely - not to mention A-Team has already demonstrated that they're well on the path to copying W40K... just browse back through this very thread.
On that note I want a Grey Knight/Space Marine, perhaps for Cypher. Knowing A-Team's growing fondness of W40K, that probably won't be too far off.

I just jizzed in my pants seeing those covert wyrms. I just need two more to complete my formation. Plus they look awesome!
