Question about Celestial Lightning

Does anyone have confirmed proof that you can level up the Celestial Lightning (or Hell Blaze or Arctic Tempest for that matter)? I recently came across Donner A and A+, and my curiosity is killing me. I'd hate to throw away the trade value that Donner has just to see 'Power Up!' on the screen.

Not 100% sure on lightning but on hell blaze, I thought it made a difference with level.

I know your monster level is supposed to make a difference in damage, but can you actuall level up the skill itself? Has anyone ever seen a Celestial Lightning (2)? I'm contemplating emailing A-Team to make sure haha

haha true it is costly. But think of the potential gains! If the damage goes up by enough, it could be pretty broken in terms of power!

True. Is that how much a Donner A is worth?? That's crazy! I think it would only be worth it to level 1-2, and that is only if the damage actually increased by a large margin, and not just the 1% as with most other skills. It would be cool to get a stats sheet from A Team, but I don't know if they send out that kind of info. I know someone on the forums got a % summon chance list from them a while back though, so maybe there is hope

Depends on how cheap Thunder Spirits become. I've never seen one, but they are listed on the bestiary. They would be cheaper than Donner of course, and might allow for a (rich) player to level up the skill a few times.

Thunder spirits? Is that something that was datamined from the game, or do they exist already?

I have not seen it and this is the first time I heard of that.
