I have an offer for my:

sea of clouds dragon A level 1 Agility Up(1)
Sprout dragon A level 1

The offer is:
dark elf berserker A level Preemptive Strike(2) I already have an A+ leveled
Scorn Black Wings level 1 Decrease Enemy Attack(1)
Monster Limit Plus x 2

Is this a good deal I really don't know the worth but I saw a couple places the sea of clouds dragon is worth 7-10EP.

Horrible offer. sea of clouds 3-5 ep. what they are offering is worth <2 ep.
