Problem with Skill Point Assigning

So I'm not sure if this is a technical issue or just something I'm not doing right, but I cannot assign my skill points. I'm playing on an android phone, and when I tap the white scrolldown box next to either energy or BP (I'm tapping once, carefully and slowly, its not me double-tapping on accident or anything) the black box that pops up to allow me to assign how many points I want to spend is dissapearing in a fraction of a second, over and over again. I can't get the thing to stay in place long enough to allow me to spend a skill point. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?

Oh, one thing I forgot to add, the bottom menu (Home/Battle/etc) is
getting pushed up into the middle of the screen by the black box that
pops up with my choices for number of points to assign. This would be
the same box that then instantly disappears.

yeah this event is a bit glitchy. if you level up while in the dragon wall it won't let you assign your skill points. just go to your profile and you can assign them from there.

lol yea bit glitchy, the funny thing with that is it'll let my assign points on one device(android) on the event screen but not my other device(also android)
