It resets the points you've spent on EP and BP, allowing you to re-allocate those points how you see fit. If you stat properly, you shouldn't have much need for one of these extensive books unless you are trying to win an event that relies on battling other players using BP like they had in the past

Wow I have way too many bps then lol. I have double that so I can attack twice. rest in energy. Not sure I wanna cough up 3000 soul points to get that fixed just to get an extra 100 or so energy
