Does critical rate up affect the entire team now? I just read my battle log and it stated that my team's critical rate were increased by 43 unless I read wrong.

Crit, dodge, and preemptive strike Only affects the monster with the skill. You can tell the difference in the animation. Those 3 skills will appear smaller and centered over the respective card

-edit- also heal and revive only process once per fight as soon as it's applicable (a card is dead/wounded)

are you sure its not because the skill is below level 10 that it appears smaller？
