Firstly I have a small question: is those monsters BP below 15 are useless?

For some of those monsters I have two or more, should I evolve them into A+ or just sell As?

No monsters 15 BP and below are usually considered skill mobs. People just sacrifice them for skill leveling. 3 skills for 1 EP & 5 Skills for 2 EPs. But this only counts as old As, new As with 15 BP+ can be sold for a more
