Ok so I am trying to reclaim my old account which was lost along with my phone. The new existing account option is being extremely difficult. I have my ID number and my original UDID. They are asking me for an IID?! I assumed it was the same thing but a UDID is 40 characters long and Dark Summoner will only allow 34 characters. Please help me figure out how to obtain the numbers they want to retrieve my old account.

The only way I know of to get your IDD is to go onto your old device. Go into the help section. In that help section, you will be able to find both your ID and IDD.

If you still need help, message me in game. I usually rank between 90 - 100
