Data Transfer wont work....

I broke my iphone that had my dark summoner account on it and i luckily i have my ID and IID. When i got my new iphone and downloaded DS on it, i chose the old account option, typed in my ID and IID but the decide button wont glow up for me to continue..Why wont it let me go in? i Triple checked to see if the ID and IID were right and tried everything to figure it out... what should i do?

I'm assuming the account was at least 7 days old? Transfer will not work without that.

Check to make sure your keyboard isn't adding a space at the end or anything annoying like that. Try killing the app and launching it again. Try restarting the phone.

If all else fails, go into an Apple Store and refuse to leave until they fix it for you even though it isn't an app they made. I think that's how it works at least, I don't own any Apple products so I'm not quite sure.

try copy and paste instead of manually entering each character for IID.

it wouldn't load my acct manually but when i pasted the looong IID in,
it loaded up just fine

yes the account was over 7 days old, i restarted my iphone, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, its impossible for a space to be at the end because the IID is the max. amount of characters and i've already have pasted the IID and its the same thing.... I also contacted the A-team and they said that theyd fix it but so far nothings changed...

You should print off A-team's logo and take a picture of yourself taking a huge juicy shit on it.

That'll show 'em...
