Forgotten Island II

Starting time changed to 5am eastern. Ending time has been extended 3 hours so we don't lose any event time.

Error was AAs were able to be stolen which shouldn't have been. Round 2 has been reset. Any used recovery items have been returned including a My Elixir for everyone. Any form leader changes made at or after 11pm eastern 5/22 will need to be rechanged.

Anyone else seeing an extremely poor rate of AA/+ when searching the Path of Suffering? I'm through 3 refills, and have yet to see an AA+ and only three AAs. I feel like it was a much higher rate for the first half.

Same...stuck with my old AA+ leader and 4 A+....nothing enticing has really popped up yet, and i've gone thru 5 refills in a row just now.

Y'all are having trouble because I am stealing all the decent AA/+, lol

Makes me feel like a dick for turning my nose up and saccing like 10 AA/AA+ monsters across my accounts.

I was actually hoping they would unlock this on purpose for part 2. I thought it would solve AAA team issue and still be fun. Guess they didn't agree.

AAA team issue?

A lot of people didn't like the fact that the majority of teams in the first Forgotten Island event were AAA/+. It killed the variety and fun for a lot of people, because everyone had some variation of the same 8 or so monsters.

OK this is a glitch!!
I was setting my formation and when I click the decide button I suddenly lost one on my AAs. It was replaced with another of my AAs so I have 2 of the same one. I need to send an e-mail to Ateam

I was curious why people set an A+ as their leader then have a 300bp team behind it. Are they trying to trick people into losing? I would think the loss of a 40,000hp leader is significant.

I've seen that a bit as well. Is it really necessary to bait on this event?

there are many Jerks in the world... guess it's not surprising to find them here too XD

It only got me once, the first day before I was max level, now I have 720 wins and 1 loss, that 99% kinda bums me though grr

Preliminary rankings announced and to my surprise I am somewhere in the #3600 range with 130 or so won and 95% win rate. Yesterday I was a few hundred places lower so I am going in the right direction - I might even spend a few elixers to get higher.

Because of this I am very curious now how many battles you should have won in part 1 to get into the top 500.

The rankings for part 1 and part 2 are unrelated, as far as I know.

They are not directly linked but if in part 1 the rank 500 cut-off was say 1000 battles won then I expect that in part 2 it will be around 500 because the MP used for a battle is twice as much.

Maybe some people went for the reward in part one and spend all their potions so the cut off will be lower. Or maybe the reward is more popular now and this could make the curt off higher.

But still i think part 1 could give an idea what to expect in part 2.

You can actually look at the top 500 for stage 1 and the top 100 for stage 2 in game.

Just go to the event, go to the section where you receive stage 1 rewards, and tap the link for Ranking List.

Stage 1 1st was 4106, 100th was 1208, and 500 was 674.

Stage 2 1st is listed at 2424 right now, 100 is 754, so well over half but not too unreasonable if you've got some elixirs to burn.

Thx. I did see the top 100 of part 1 but somehow missed that you could also get the rest up to 500. Mmh... I will have to see what my rank tomorrow is and then maybe have a go at it.

I was saving potions to be able to have a go at ranking at some point. Who know I might do it now. My team is only a AAA leader and 4 A+ ones with 3 combo's. But somehow I still win from most teams that have AA or better. I have agility 8 and somehow I almost always attack first with most of my monsters. Not sure it will be enough but for now I will keep using my MPs as efficient as possible and then do some calculations tomorrow.

Jimothy, where do you see part 2 current standings?

The top 500 in Round 1 was around 675 wins (you can look up the top 500 rankings in the game). The 2nd round is totally unrelated though, as it has more days for the event, you start with your leader from the previous round and it costs more to attack. With that said I had 306 wins this morning and I was ranked #868. I'm not exactly sure where the top 500 cut off will be but I would imagine somewhere in the 450-500 win range. But that is just a total guess at this point.

For me I don't think I will try to get into the top 500. Seem I could get to something like 225 wins on generic MPs and then if I spend my 25 elixers in theory I could get to 475 wins. However I find the outcome of the battles are becoming more unpredictable now I climb the ranks (26xx this morning). At first I could simply pick someone with 90 or lower win percentage and win easily. Now i seem to lose some of those.

It is too much of a gamble if the theoretical 475 wins will get me in the top 500. On top of that I would have to spend lots of elixers and do not get any experience from them. So I think I will have to wait a bit more.

But it is fun to see a ranking number and not 'out of ranks' for a change.

Top 500 will be 600 win at least
