What does your Clan do to make things fun when events end or in a case of a long drawn out event?

I've been recently promoted to General and our Clan is pretty active in the donating dept but wanted to come up with some ideas to pass the time and at the same time improvie the Clan.

Our clan does fundraising events usually with an AA prize or a full team prize for the largest contributer.
