Game hanging on loading screens

For the past few days the game has been hanging up while the loading icon is on the screen which becomes quite frustrating in a very short period of time. I've rebooted my phone with no noticeable improvement and my wired internet clocks at 28dl/6ul and wifi on my phone clocks at 16dl/8ul so I'm quite certain the internet strength/signal isn't an issue as it never has been before. To my knowledge I've never had this specific lag/hanging issue before 2-3 days ago. Am I alone or is anyone else experiencing this as well?

No. The game has always have loading issues for me. It is server side as I never have any problem with any other game or apps. It comes and goes. Particularly bad during maintenance like when the battle ranking gets roll over.
