EX monster skills

How can you upgrade skills like DED+ on the EX cards?
Just use the ordinary stacks?

Soul of Skills/+ only...or another ex monster that is also fully evolved

Either way it is really expensive given that the SOS have not been given out as prizes for some time.

I wish they would give those out as rewards in a future event

You can also level up EX monsters another way, but u will lose the + part. You can either use a Random Skill Spirit or another spirit with a power like DED and change it to a regular power allowing you to level it up much faster and cheaper. It's true with the + you get a little more %, but considering most people can't afford SOS and cant get their formation powers leveled all the way so the regular m20 will win u the battle as long as u have the right powers equipped. )
