Voracious Maw (Tower Event)

Another tower event. Traps, hunter points, revived summons (which expire May 31st), Summoner of Fortitude. New stuff: A monster at floor 50. Identical A at floor 100. AA at floor 150. Identical AA at floor 200. Nightmare chests. The quicker you reach the end of floor 90, the better the chest prize. When you reach floor 90, you will unlock the chests. Need all 6 key spheres to collect chest prize. The quicker you collect the spheres, the better the prize in tye chest. Gold chest comes with a key sphere. Chest timer starts when you collect the first sphere. You can reset the chest timer at any time BUT you will lose all your acquired key spheres.

I like the change of just giving the monsters and doing something different with the set completions; but I don't like that they're taking 2 big steps backwards: last tower event, each extra completed set gave a AA or a GES. The assortment this time doesn't really compare. Unless they ramped up the drop rate on the set pieces considerably, you're not going to do nearly as well as last time.

And after the cemetery event, I really thought 1,000 would be the new norm for rank events. Really disappointed to see we're back to 500

Actually to rank (mid and final), you have to be at least 10,000th.

I didn't get it. The key spheres is available only after 90F or you can use the Chest only after 90F?

If it's like the others tower events, you'll get the 6 spheres only on 100F, so you unlock the chest on 100F right? Or the spheres to the chest only count after 90F.

You don't know when you'll get a chest. The drops are random. When you get 6, you'll get a chest, but you have to be past 90F

they say it's random, but it's always on 5/20/40/60/80/100...

I wonder if this tower will have the grueling climb from 150 - 200 that the last one had.

Wasnt it like 29 ep per click towards the end?

Maybe since it was the only time I have tried to rank, but I remember a few people saying how tough it was.

It wasn't too bad with a prog.

It has ALWAYS been random once the monsters are given out. Since this one doesn't involve monsters...

Yeah the last one from 150-200 was horrible. I didn't make it but had no prog then. Got one for this event so should do well in it. Ranking rewards seem nice

I was really looking forward to another tower event, until i saw the psycho reward that is. Sitting this one out.

Would someone be kind enough to list the species of rancor and psycho reward aa's?

Well Havnt play to much this morning, at floor 30 and no drops for the chest yet.

you won't get any drop for the chest until after 90F. That what the event meant when it said chest will unlock at 91F.

anyone know what skills if any the floor 150 aa get when evolved?

In these tower events, how many ep do you use to ne in the top 1000 ?
And for those that succeed, what's your level ? I'm level 70 with a fill undead AA+ team (only one card still need to be maxed). I reseted mu stats (by firing all my allies and taking 45 back). I'm full BP ( at 376BP for the battle challenge event, it gives a lot of money that i need to level Sara. So, since i will wait a bit before putting everthing in energy, i just want to know if i need to continue to level up, and spare my EP for later, whan i'm very high level.

none. there are a few plussed ones in the auction house.

Without at least 600 energy you will need well over 300 ep to get in the top 1000 based on the last event. Last event you needed almost 3000 floors to get in the top 1000 roughly.

I wouldn't even try it until you get closer to level 120+
