About this random skill, does it really get the skill that is passed to a
crappy spirit? If it really passes and the ATeam will remove, the ones
that uses it and have the monster with those skills changed will get
their skills to the normal?

Pre-update on the random skill usage, yes it is possible. Upon update, it is no longer viable. So pre-updated skill spirits made will not revert. It is what it is.
