Defense form, Slumbering vs DeD

Ok so still working on making myself a standard/goodish/affordable AA+ defense team.

Currently looking at:
Adan+ health up
Lotus+ IPD
Io + DEA
Nyar+ IPA

The final monster will be devoid or urth with a skill change....
Since this is my defense team I'm Curious as to what everyone thinks about a skill spirit of Slumb vs DeD.
Personally I thought that being able to dish out damage after initial attack (IPA + DeD) would be better than putting 1 monster to sleep... but I've heard from some people that Slumbering is a good defensive skill and am now unsure what to get; still leaning toward DeD, however Slumbering is a lot cheaper to buy...

As a side note which is cheaper, Devoid or Urth to buy? I rarely ever sell anything in my store anymore and eps are hard to come by ><

nope, but as I said still thinking slumbering is pretty useless ^^ really this thread/topic was a matter of people defending Slumbering as a skill don't think there's going to be many

May I ask why IO+?
Only way you can + io is to use GES atm and since you are already going mix guild team, you can easily get dbe+m(20) for GES. That actaully how I got my dbe+m(20), which has much better stat than io.

devoid is cheaper and better skill (I like crit over dodge).

funny was about to plus my Io then thought just that XD went and bought a Death Blade (since i wont have guild bonus anyway) and figured I would use my GES on a Urth (has better defense stats, and i plan on eventually skill changing to DeD) ... when i got ep to buy him anyway XD
