Formation Question Empty Formation Question

My current formation is Kotone+, Dark Arts+, Nyar+, Taroth+ and DCC+. I was wondering if it would be better to use Dru+ for IPD and go full AA+ or since they are all lower BP keep the agility? I also wanted to at hat level does health up need to be before it's effective to use in a formation? Thanks.
