assuming we have an A+ prog as leader

1. do bonuses like level/ (phycho,covert,impulse) / etc count ? (if yes, do they count for they whole team like we would expect or just for the prog) ?

2. i think the answer is no to this next one from what ive read but do the bonuses on your formation ( ipa, ded) count ?
