Help with auction value!

Hey guys i could really use some advice on which of these auctions i should accept!

I have my Fire and Ice Dragon up in an auction with other filters ( put it up before the new auction announcement) and so far i have gotten:

Offer 1 :

Death Dancer lvl 1
Lewd Twist lvl 1
Time Void + lvl 1 IPA (1)
Scaled Chimera + lvl 1
Death Vally Serpent+ lvl 1 DEA (4)

Offer 2:

Lethargix Belphegor+ lvl 12 DED (6)
Evil Moth + lvl 6 Health Up (5)
Winged Wasp Queen + lvl 1 Covert Down 1
Torrent Rusalka + lvl 1 Heal 1
Beheaded Lunatic lvl 1 Impulse Down 1

Offer 3:

5 ep
Dawn Lilin Reg lvl 32
Snail Queen Reg lvl 1
Rot Cast lvl 3
Hall Cast lvl 1

I feel like offer 2 is the best but i know that dawn lilan is valuable since i get offers for my A+ one all the time. But I also know that Leth is worth alot and Heath Up (5) will be valuable along with impulse down and heal skills. Anyways if you could give me your opinion it would be greatly appreciated. Auction ends sometime today.

someone put dea on death valley!? lolol wonder if that makes it worth anything cause they normally dont have a skill.
