Heath up 1 EP
Decrease Enemy Defense 3/5 EP
Agility Up 3/5 EP
Critical Rate up 1/5 EP
Decrease Enemy Attack 2/5 EP
Slumbering Breath -10 EP (you have to pay people to take those)

usually people buy skills in whats called a stack, or a skill level 4 card, on average it takes 5 cards to make a skill level 4 card.
