How do I report players?

I guy just got scammed for my bayard horse. This guy keeps deleting my comments and is deleting his comments. What actions are there against these scammers?

None that I know of other than to let the community know throw his info up as well as what happened

You can also try to email ATeam as there is mention of trades, scamming, etc in their Terms and Conditions. Other than that, post his info so no one will do business with him.
