Venomous Breath? Empty Venomous Breath?

Hey does anyone know what's the venomous breath ability do? I always thought that it was just another normal attack.. Is it suppose to be a little stronger than normal attacks or what? Cause if it's not, then there's no point to that ability at all.. Lol

What it does is it slowly dots away at the enemy's hp after it hits them in a turn or two. THe skill is useless cause u dont want to drain their hp you want to hit them full force and 1 shot them rather. So that is a bad skill unless they let us upgrade to AOE or something.
