Also, should I sacrifice a WWE to the Caim+ for the skill increase?

No! If anything it should be the other way around. The Caim should sac'd into the WWE for the skill increase. Most people don't bother levelling skills unless its an A+ as it is considered a waste. Some exceptions apply for specific tournament events.

most people only use wwe as a skill sac monster so it doesnt really matter which you sac
