Spam the beginning levels for cheap sacs sell higher mission cards for gold, I got that. Should you sac 1 card at a time or do multiple cards? Is it best to level your team all together so they're the same rank? Pretty sure it's best to get the plus card first then level to not waste everything if possible. What ways of leveling does the community find the best results. Thnx.

Always sac 10 at a time since the sac cost scales with the level of the card you are saccing into.

Yes, level your team together if possible for the level bonus.
