Ideally 27 ep. I'd lower that significantly if you throw in a Demon Bait Insect (A or A+), and would also probably lower it if you include quetzalcoatl or plague dragon.

I think 2 ep for Enchanted Alraune is fair. I'm not sure about Raging Vritra. I see Quetzalcoatl going for 7-8 ep, so maybe 5 ep for Vritra? Let me know if you think that's overpriced.

I'm not really interested in anything on your wish list, except maybe the Impulse down skill, which I'd count as 1 ep.
