Hell blaze/artic tempest

I was looking into getting a mad flame+ but then I fought a mad flame and it only did 1300 with its aoe? is this normal? Are the people saying it can hit for over 10k just trying to inflate their selling price?

I didn't know hell blaze was an aoe. Arctic tempest is NOT an aoe. Got hit by a vic+ for 16k with tempest. Maybe that's what people are talking about.

Arctic temptess is like venom breath in my opinion.
Example:
Other team begins
Opponent leader make a hit to your team
Your Monster cast arctic temptess before the whole enemy team make their hits.
It is strong because arctic temptess ignores defense as well as venom breath

My guesses from what i ve seen

i think it depend of the monster lvl. when i had vict+ max it was always hitting of 11 900 dmg
