How does agility work?

I'm pretty new to the game and still trying to figure it out. I have 4 AA+ and one AAA. I am surprised when I attack a full AA+ team and their monsters all attack first. I thought AAAs always attack before AA+. If someone can provide me any feedback and advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Each card has an agility value based on their rank (AA, AA+, EX, AAA, AAA+, check the Wiki for the actual values).  This can be modified by a card with the Agility UP ability or by Relica that affects agility though.  If it's a card's ability you'll see it fire off but if it's agility relica you probably won't see it in the log other than "AGility glistened" or whatever.  Agility relica could be an increase to their AGI, a decrease to your AGI, or a decrease to your winged monsters AGI (that last one actually will show in the battle log)

Hmm interesting.. I was already aware of some relica increasing AGI, but was told they were very rare. Also does each individual monster have an agility value or is it only based by rank?

Most monsters of the same rank have the same speed value. Exceptions are rare, so not worth thinking about. I'd be surprised if someone with an AA form had agil relica... more likely there was an agi up monsters in their defensive form.

no, because otherwise it would be completely pointless to have an agi card.

Wow.. I thought rank always trumped their agi because they're team was a lower rank. Thanks for clearing that up for me.. guess its no wonder why all the AA+ with agi are expensive. I've never seen any AAA or AAA+ with agi. Do they exist?

there are no AAA/+ with agi, it was maybe possible when rss first came out(unsure about this point), but now its impossible. AAA+ teams uses health up

technical point, it also depends on the skill level of the agility card. i think it takes around skill level 15 or 16 for an AA to go before AAA, relica aside

well the math goes like this.

a defending aa/+ team has a default agility of 32
a attacking aa/+ team has a default agility of 34
a defending aaa/+ team has a default agility of 36
a attacking aaa/+ team has a default agility of 38

agility skill works by percentages. also i believe the decimals round down, so 36.04 would be 36(please correct me if im wrong on this), with that assumption i have highlighted at what point the AA/+ team would go first

if AA/+ team attacks (aa/+ default agi = 34, AAA/+ = 36)

So if I understand right an AA/+ team could attack before an AAA/+ with Agi +18?
