Good news, Epic Evolution Soul (EES) is being released so all the folks running AAA teams on defense can run an AAA+.

Anyone predicting tower floor rank levels in the OMFG high levels?

Capture Rewards (winged wyrm YAY), Nightmare Chests, etc etc

Yay, no restrictions on trading any of the event monsters this event, looks like ATeam finally got it through their thick greedy skulls that we like trading rewards and progs, lol.

True, and the progs are flooding the market now. Prices so low even a schmuck like me is buying one lol

Spending less than 10ep for a prog, to at least get to floor 200:
SoP, AA Summon, FDS, 250 jewels, and one of the free captures. Seems worth it.

You can call me a schmuck too. Got a purple prog that I will share with my wife and brother. So I think we will return the investment of 10 ep and an evo soul. 

I think someone made a mistake on the market. Saw a green prog A for 5ep. Was gone before I could react.

Sometimes people don't bother to check market price before they put stuffs in tm. My friend got flur reg for 25 ep -___-

 Speaking of which, I saw a guy at floor 1000 only 4 hours into the event. That's not humanly possible.

Of course not. But I guess ATeam figures that as long as bots are spending EP too, why should they care?

I doubt any of the epics will go to anyone actually tapping.

What cracks me up is people will buy the epics for more than it costs to just get a second AAA. Of the 30 being given out, I would bet you see 29 of them for sale. If not  all 30!

At that pace, you'd better not plan on sleeping until next tuesday.

theres a limit to how many potions someone is willing to invest in any event. I think I can hit the limit before the deadline. don't think anyone is going to use over 1k potions on this event

Based on clan wars, I would say the concept of limiting potions doesn't apply to way more than just 30 people.

After 1st day, I had 1425 floors ranked 41st.

I can safely say that it will take over 3500 - 4500 floors to get in top 30. And it won't be a surprise which clans will get them. Full ownership of commodity=monopoly. EES price will prob be minimum of 400, tops at 700. For the record... I don't use a bot. AA+ prog got me to 590 in a couple hours of charge ahead.

BTW, rank at approx 590 was 258. Good luck all. I'm sitting out. Second event now on sidelines

One last thing: there are already people over 3k floors. Just FYI

I went in assuming at least 10k... day 1 isn't convincing me otherwise.  I also assumed that overall top 500 would be around 4k, which means these people are covering 6k+ floors just to get the epic.  No clue what the energy requirements are when you get as far 10k, but it's probably a good guess to say that on average, these people are gonna cover 8 floors per potion at those upper levels... which means the epic is costing them over 750 ep.  

So yeah, it's not as if the people who rank at the very top in ANY event are doing so because it makes sense in a cost/benefit type of way.

I better start clicking to get one of those top 30 finish to get EES, so I can complete the trade to get that ultra rare Carbuncle.

Forgive me if I'm stunned at the dedication everyone has for the game, let alone the event. Tell me what you guys do to set up for such an event? How much EP you have as well as pots used.

I'm only what? Lvl 90 and the prospect of spending to get ranked looks ridiculous.

Depending on the event, you'll probably want at least 600 energy and 200-300 potions with a prog monster. If it's an event where there aren't many folks tryng to get the top ranks, you probably stand a chance.

This one, you can probably forget about it. I don't know how people do it myself, but it seems like some folks have thousands of EP to trade or use as they wish. I only ever have a few hundred at once, tops, and usually spend it on a monster instead of playing an event.

But...

you can still "rank" with a lot less. The prizes aren't as good, but a lot of time's it's still fun to play.
