how to get my account back up after fresh install back on to iphone

a few weeks ago i had wiped the i-phone clean and went to install it and to find out the night after i wiped the i-phone the new new patch was implemented in to the game. before the new password was implemented, i found out this from my roommate whom plays DS also. I have both the player id and the iid. i had no problems of re-installing the game and getting the account in the past until now and when i enter them in its not taking them. has anyone else had this issue and if they did how did they get it resolved?

As long as you didn't enter a password, you should be able to use your player id and iid. If you entered a password, then you have to use your player id and your password.

If that is not working, you might try to email A-Team.

What error is it giving you? I know in the past my IID has changed after reinstalling the first time, but not sure why the old one wouldn't work. I'd email their tech team, they actually respond surprisingly fast!
