I have a maxed 100 Tengen. When I sacrifice another maxed Tengen to it, I know it's cheaper but will it still reset to a level 1 Tengen+? Or will it be level 150?

It'll reset to level 1.

Ugh it takes sooo much gold to level up AAs I can't stand it. Finally have more AAs than I can afford.

If you're not in a hurry, you might be able to trade one of yours for a level 1 and some EP. Plenty of people buy into 'leveling services,' you'd just have to find one of them.
