hybrid formation

Armitaage made a very useful formation guide and he mentioned a 16bp AA team (neptune+, terra+, venus+, rot+, hallucination+) that gets 3x combo.
Has anyone used this form before? How effective is it against strong A+ teams?
Also, has anyone tried putting up a formation consisting of neptune+, terra+, venus+, sky+ (or any winged wyrm with ipa), and lind+?

I dont know about the 16 bp AA's

But a team of lind+m(20), two 16 bp AA's, a IPA A+m(20) like Sky or fire and ice, and a AA with ded like banish, gorger, or wingarm is guaranteed to win against A+ teams defensively and offensively.

With regards to your question about sky, lind and 3 16Bp AA's, you would win offensively most of the time against A+ teams, but lose in defense against teams that have strong attack and run DEA(20) like sin demons. (you would win against most A+ teams though that do not have defense capabilities like psycho demons)

This is because if you don't have DED maxed, you can't one shot them with your AA's and that could let you lose the battle.

And just to correct myself lol, when I mean 16bp AA's I meant the AA wyrms, lol since you need the wyrm combo and winged combo.

lol, funny enough, i'm building both of these that you're asking about here. i'm making the rot/hall/venus/terra/neptune team and the venus/terra/neptune/lind/fire&ice. the only monster i'm missing is the fire and ice, lol, and i've yet to start skilling my lindwurm, lol. the AAs have been leveled a bit, particularly my venus, which is at 115 or so, perhaps a bit higher. i will certainly let you know how the wyrm one works out for me later, when i have it complete. since i'm sin, it would not be as powerful for me as it would be for either tyranny or rancor, but between combos and agi, it should do pretty well.

Cool. Really curious how this hybrid team will work out. What are you going to do about the ded skill? Use a skill spirit maybe?

Considering my lack of ep, I'll ignore the ded for now, perhaps if the team works out ok I'll sell my demon team and just buy a proper wyrm with ded.
