Bluestacks not working anymore

Since yesterday, every time I open bluestacks to get on my alt account, I get this message:

"Data transmission failed. Please reconnect and try again later."

Anyone else experiencing this?

This really sucks. I have ~900 EP worth of monsters on that account. It would be swell not to lose them.

I have great news for you my friend!!!!

I did have that problem too and the best way to fix it is as follows:

1- Download Bluestacks app on your android device

2- Sync the DS app from your phone to the PC without deleting it from your PC (to not loose your account).

And Voila!, you will retain your stuff and it will (should) work.

P.S.: syncing an App takes more time that what the app will tell you, it takes approx 5min even tho the app will tell you it is done in 10seconds.

Did that and got the same thing on the other device - any thoughts? (Other than Player ID and IID that is )
