Both of those seem like decent offers. They are pretty similar in value, especially if you have 1mil+ to waste for the evolution. Moonsea+ is around 150, IPD spirit is around 175-200. Moonsea reg = 80, GES = 60.

I'd say yes. Evo Souls can be found cheap, less than 10 EPs. NWD still goes for 10-15 reg.

Not sure about Liz. I'd personally sell her if I can get 10. Vlad+ only goes for around 30-35.

I'm not sure Victoria is part of that Campaign. There doesn't seem to be any information either way.
IPA = 250
IPD = 175
Vic+m(20) = 250
So Offer 1 seems better.

On a side note, I'll offer you IPA, DEA, and Crit Up Spirits plus your choice of Foul Fusion, Midnight Valkyrie, or Endless for your Quay. PM me if interested.

Death Blade Epetamu
Magna Carmilla+
Beheaded Lunatic+

All are lvl 1 and Skilllvl 1

You're probably not going to get what it's worth. I think you'll be lucky to get 100 if you put it in the AH. It's probably worth around 135.

i've seen people asking for 1-3 eps for a reg one... so idk but if i have a plus, i'll let it go for 5eps easily.
