Personally I go with

Aspid
Lewd
Timevoid golem
Punisher Sphinx
White winged elite


The elite isn't really that great but the speed helps a lot.

If I could get hold of a taroth and the new tower reward AA I would replace a couple for sure most likely Aspid and sphinx

I posted here to try and drum up a bit more theoretical discussion, and because I currently have all the psycho a+'s at max or near max, playing with setups. don't have aa, so even though they're better, no use theorizing something I can't do atm
been doing 4x def+ and having a lot of success, actually, with lewd leading, then oracle/shock/oppression/sphinx

might swap lewd out for whale though

Depends what you are going for.. A beefy party.. a badass attack party.. a hard to kill party.. psycho/brute is a not bad all rounder but by far the beefiest party is:
TVG+, Asp+, Sphinx+, Shock+, Lewd+

If its attack you want then may i suggest swapping Shock+ for Elf Commander+

If you want to be hard to take down I suggest:
TVG+, Shock+, Silvery+, Sphinx+, Asp+

Austin, fate puppeteer is one of the AA prizes from the top 200 in the tower.

I don't know about you guys but Ive been experimenting and I find that unless I have wwe in my party I get outsped by a lot of opposing formations. Most common are pretty much any rancor team with bayard or demon sin teams. I think it is worth the sacrifice by having lower attack to get the first strikes in.

in my experience the attacker tends to have the advantage regardless.. but if that is what is losing you the battles then definately switch it up.. however i'd be interested to hear what your formation is

Ive always noticed as long as the defender doesn't have a speed boost the attacker will go first. But I'll try it without my elite and see if I am mistaken.

maybe try putting in a shock+ for def boost.. might be the thing to do it.. it will give more attack and hp than wwe and has excellent def and boosts it even more for the party.

If it turns out I am mistaken in my belief that the agi gives me an advantage then I shall throw my shock back in. At least until the tower event is over and I see if I was lucky enough to stay in the top 200

i have a wyrm team none with agility boost.. and not that i watch the battles much but when i do watch i never go second.. not sure if that helps.. but maybe im just lucking into players without an agil boost monster

next time i do a battle i will check the battle log and write down the stuff and ill purposly battle a team with an agil+ monster.. then i guess ill know for sure lol

From my experiences fighting people with guys like WWE I would definitely agree that agi+ is worthwhile. I don't know how useful it is as far as attacking goes since I don't have one but it seems to be quite useful for defending.

Just been trying all different formations of what i have available.. even on my iPad with B+ monsters. It looks like Preemptive strike and Agility do the same thing. Also noticing that critical rate Up is basically useless as most battles fail to go longer than 2 rounds

Which makes it even better since it seems to effect more than just the party leader when I've fought agi+ teams. I stay the hell away from tyranny teams with WWE now lol. Not to mention, if the fight enters the 2nd round your guys still have the speed boost whereas the preemptive strike guys have lost the advantage.

And I agree crit+ sucks, haha. Especially since a lot of people's strategies revolve around high attack teams that one shot people anyways. The off times the critical actually happens it ends up being wasted on all but the leader. Out of curiosity, how accurate is your crit+ guy? I've had two different ones in my formation over time and I swear they seemed to have a horrid accuracy rate. Something stupid like 8/10 misses on the first round and only my crit+ guy. I have no idea if it was just bad luck or not but I refuse to use them anymore
