Celestial Lightning Empty Celestial Lightning

I have a random monster that has had celestial lightning added to it, if i sacrifice said monster to another will the celestial lightning transfer over or can only thunder spirit do it? i want to trade the monster but if i can sacrifice it and transfer the skill then i have better uses for it

bump, i assume its not transferable but its on an AA+ dragon of terra+(m) so i wouldnt mind knowing for sure before trading it

no, only siprites can give(or change) a monster's skill
if u sac that dragon to another monster with lightening u'll skill it up
