I'm having problems with summoning Empty I'm having problems with summoning

OK, so yesterday I went to use a free daily summon, and after I selected it the screen just went black and the game froze. It remained locked up and wouldn't restart no matter what I tried, so I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling.

Everything then seemed fine, I played a while. I played some more this morning, and decided to use the free dark summon I got from the vagrant pack. Boom, as soon as I tried to summon it, game freeze again, and once again it's unresponsive. I'm not having technical issues with any other apps, just DS, and I'm not really looking forward to the possibility that I can never summon anything again.

Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone have some advice? I'm at a loss at the moment. I've put too much time into the game as well to just want to quit. Bleah.

what device are you using? as a short term work around, at least on android devices, i would simply restart the device by removing the battery, then send an email to ateam with my device's specs and the nature of the problem through the ingame help section. other than that, i really do not know what to say to help you out, this certainly sounds like a unique problem. although, i suppose, it could be caused by an incompatibility of your device's graphics processing unit(gpu, aka graphics card) and some code within dark summoner, in which case emailing ateam is a must.

It happens on my galaxy s3 all the time. Screen freeze as red when sending trade request, screen freeze as black when doing the summon.

the only way is to restart the phone.

I'm using an Archos G9 tablet. The thing is, I've been playing DS on it for about 3 months, and only now am I having this problem. I'm really hoping it just goes away, lol.

Thanks for the advice, although I can't access the ingame help section at the moment, game refuses to start back up again, sigh.

you should be able to access it after physically removing the battery to force the tablet to shut down completely, then replacing the battery and starting the tablet back up. what is the archos running, android?

Yeah, android 4.0. I'll give that a shot, replacing the battery to force a complete shutdown.

Alright! The hard restart worked, the game is running again, and I just summoned something without another crash.
