Soul points Empty Soul points

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has ran into this, i just was going the new buy 11 dark summons for 3k, and i bought about 6k, but when i try to use the second 3k, it says i dont have enough soul points, is it possible the system just needs to catch up or wait for maitenance or should i try to contact the games developers?
