On a somewhat related note. If you switch from one OS to the other (upgrade phone) is that okay to move your profile? I know you can go Android to Android but wasn't sure about cross platforms.

No, and I think that's why he asked the question.  If you wan to put your previous game into a new phone, it has to be the same system as it was before; either iOS or Andriod.
