-Elite A+ or AA+ formation
-Level 60+
-Daily active
-Decent knowledge of the game

I've been playing for about a few months now, and I've seen that term thrown around, and I still have no clue what that means.

I must agree with this statement.
What defines "elite formation"?

If I had to guess I would say it is a formation that is the following:
1) Made up of mobs A+ or higher that are the same guild type as you and the same type (wyrm/demon/etc)
2) Include agility
3) Maxed out on Level
4) Very high skill levels

Anything else?

Very subjective term indeed. For some it might mean full AA+ team (that is uber in my vocabulary). For me, an elite formation would be minimally any A+ team with at least 3 combos (ideally 4 or 5) and agility.

There should be some work on the skills even if they are not that high yet.

The main idea of these requirements is that we want new members who already have a decent knowledge of the game and can help right away, and looking at a formation's quality is the easiest way to evaluate a player quickly. I've done a lot of teaching to new members in the past (some catching on the game, some not) and since we're now a decent clan with a nice core group, I don't want to build back from the ground.

Can't complain about the players I have recruited from this thread though, they've all been pretty good additions to our group.
