Raid Crystals - Where to find loot items

I'm only lvl 56, but I thought that this might help some people, and I'm hoping that higher lvl players will add the info that I am missing. The x-x numbers are the Area-Stage where you can find the loot items. I did a quick search under "loot" & "raid crystals" but didn't find anything like this, so here it is. Hope it helps. Maybe a future sticky?
