As the title says I am buying skills for sacrifice. They can be B rank monsters or low bp A rank monsters it doesnt matter they are just gonna be sacrificed for the greater good >=)

Im mainly looking for Decrease Enemy Attack, Decrease Enemy Defense, Increase Party Defense, Increase Party Attack. 3:1 5:2 are the rates for those 4 skills

I will also buy Health Up, Covert Down, Impulse Down, Pyscho Down, Agility Up skills even if im not using them now I might in the future so best to stock up.
