whats my next move

Trying to figure out what my next move is.
I dont have a ton of EPS to buy AA cards or even rare A+ ones. I think I have 13 eps

My group is this, all level 70

Aspidochelone+ level 70 party leader
Crystal Dragon +
Spear Knight Gillman +
Tiamut +
WWE +

I have dawn Lillin +, should i level her up and replace WWE with her?
I have another crystal dragon, non evolved.
Armored roc+
Elf commander +
Rampage garg non evolved.

At this point I feel like im stuck. Could use some advice

Depends on what guild you are in, and if you want to follow the masses (ie: cookie cutter formation builds)

Sin: Demon
Tyranny: Winged Brute
Rancor: Wyrm

I assume you are Tyranny, so you have a few options that are not too expensive when going for winged brutes. You can also attempt a tyranny demon team as it's not too far behind the winged brutes anymore with newer monster releases.

Basically there is a total of 5 combos you can hope to achieve with any formation.

Guild (tyranny/sin/rancor)
Rarity (which you have)
level (which you have)
Species (ie: all 5 brute, all 5 wyrms etc etc)
Winged (this can be tricky as you have to look at the monster picture and see if it has wings or not)

You can't replace the WWE. You need agility. That is the monster you need to build your party around. The quickest upgrade you could do is to replace the two beasts with something with wings. According to the bestiary, Lillin has wings... I'm a little skeptical of that though; but go ahead and stick in your Lillin and the Roc and see if you get the winged combo bonus. If she doesn't, then a WWO would be your best cheap option of what to look for next.

How about adding another crystal dragon in place of roc or tiamut?
Not sure if the same monster can be used twice and still get the bonus. Would like to know before I decide to seek out another one.

Oh and is rampage garg winged or not?

No, dupe monsters kill the bonus.
