Rank B/B+ skill fodder exchanges at a rate of 3 monsters:1 EP or 5 monsters:2 EP. Excpetions to this rule are agility and Impulse/Covert/Psycho down which exchange at a 1:1 ratio.

Rank A monsters with a BP of 14 or less exchange for between 1-4 EP based on rarity.
Rank A monsters with a BP of 15 or greater exchange for anywhere between 1-7 EP with a few exceptions for rarity.
Rank A+ monsters exchange for between 2-8EP with a few exceptions for rarity.
