Lost my game prior to new data transfer option.

Heya, so I lost my game when my phone crashed a couple months back. Before they introduced the data transfer option. Installed it again and it starts at the beginning again. My friend can still find my account n everything on their game. There was no IID prior to this that I ever found or heard of. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I loved the game n would like to play again. I'm also sending this to Ateam. And yes I backed up my phone. It didn't help.

Im haveing the same issue and have sent them 4 emails allreayd and have gotten no response. It's very irritating, I would love to play the game again myself.
